Who are we?
The Victorian Piping Association Inc. is an independent, non-profit organisation central for the promotion of the Highland Bagpipe performance in the State of Victoria, Australia.
We are responsible for the grading structure, facilitation of competitions, awards for excellence in piping, events, and registration of pipers in the state.
The VPA endeavours to foster new talent, provide platforms for youth to learn and perform, and support aspiring pipers to further develop in positive environment.

We can help your hire one of our member pipers to add something extra to your event. Our pipers are available for weddings, funerals, corporate events and private functions.
