VPA Victorian Championships 2026
Venue: PLC Burwood
Enter via Gate 6, Parer St, Burwood.
Date: Saturday July 25th and Sunday July 26th 2026
Join us for the 2026 VPA Victorian Championships and Australian Gold, Silver and Bronze medal Piobaireachd
Our guest judges are James Murray (Perth) and Fiona Manson (QLD), and we have thousands of dollars worth of prizes and prize money. We also have a bonus for you with Brisbane Boys College tutor and multiple Australasian Gold Medal and Clasp winner Jamie Hawke judging on the Sunday and performing our recital on Saturday evening.
2026 will continue with our 2-day format for the contest with A and B grade running on Saturday July 25th and C, D and Novice grades running on Sunday July 26th.
Presentations will be held at the conclusion of play on Sunday July 26th. All prize winners will be expected to attend the presentations in full piping dress.
Note: A livestream will be provided on the official VPA Facebook page. A Grade competition is an opt out process whereas B and C Grade competition in the theatre (i.e. Silver and Bronze medal) will be offered an a opt in option. All competitors will be emailed to provide their response prior to the competition.
